Air Fryer Chicken with Bang Bang Sauce

These air fryer chicken thighs come together quickly in the air fryer and are so flavorful. This dish sings with flavor and is a favorite in our house. The bang bang sauce is zesty with just a touch of heat.

I’m a sucker for a new appliance. I’m quick to buy and quick to regret committing space to them. But when it comes to the air fryer, it’s a true love story. We’ve had our air fryer for over a year and use it most nights. Everything comes out crispy and delicious.

Most nights we are cooking for four and our 7-quart drawer style air fryer by Power XL is just big enough for one dish for the four of us. I’m tempted to try one of those double air fryers but resisting for now the siren call of a new appliance.

There’s no need to pre-marinade the chicken. Just toss it in the sauce and throw it in the airfryer.
